ORGANIZATION

Chain of Command – Forces will have the same basic organizational structure. Each force will have an overall leader. Each force will consist of a maximum of 6 teams and one scout /sniper team. The scout /sniper team will consist of one scout, and one sniper. Each team will be made up of one team Leader, one Asst team Leader, one Medic, a Support Gunner, HWS, and 2 to 3 rifleman or any combination thereof.

Positions – The following is a description of the positions:

  • Force Commander -Responsible for planning and deployment of units to achieve objectives

  • Assistant Force Commander -Responsible for assisting the Commander in the planning and deployment of units to achieve objectives


  • Team Leader – Responsible for the tactical deployment, control of the platoon.

  • Asst Team Leader – Responsible for the assisting the platoon leader with the motivation and control of the platoon.

  • Sniper – Responsible for eliminating any target identified by the force command.

  • Scout – Responsible for leading the scout / sniper team and communications with force command.

  • Support Gunner – Responsible for covering the squad and providing supressive fire for mass assaults.

  • Medic - Responsible for setting up an aid station for the platoon and "carrying" wounded soldiers back to the aid station for "recovery".

  • Heavy Weapon Specialist – Responsible for eliminating hard targets and any soft targets identified by the squad leader.

  • Rifleman - Responsible for protecting the squad, completing the objective, and shooting anything in the way.

Skills – The following are skills that we suggest you be familiar with as we will not be disclosing the mission prior to the event:

  • Navigation – Working knowledge of distance estimation, longitude / latitude, and GPS systems.

  • First Aid – Working knowledge of combat first aid, making splints, applying bandages, and stretchers.

  • Low Light Operations – Working knowledge of operating in low light conditions undetected.

  • Squad Tactics – Working knowledge of basic squad and two man formations.

  • Ammo Conservation – Accomplish objectives using a limited ammo supply.

  • Communications – Working knowledge of basic hand signals, radio communication protocols, SALUTE reports, and Operational Orders.

  • Psychological Warfare – Use of unconventional tactics to confuse and distract the enemy.

  • Esprit de Corp – Must be able to follow without question, lead without orders, and motivate all those around you.
